•  How to apply for consolidated Mark Cum Grade Card of results?
  

  There is a prescribed application form for applying for the above purpose. However, failed students should apply for the consolidation/classification of results after the successful completion of the programme with a request to consolidate/classify the results along with the self-attested copies of the Mark Cum Grade Card of all the semester examinations he/she took with requisite fee
